How are units shipped?

Via USPS, anywhere in the US. International shipping is available at higher costs. Once your unit(s) is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

How do I measure my head?

How long will it take to receive my unit?

10 – 14 business days (excluding holidays and not including shipping time)

How are the units constructed?

Each unit is individually hand stitched and made specifically for each client’s head measurements. The units are made on a stretchable, breathable spandex or mesh dome cap, depending on head size.

How many bundles are needed for a wig?

Three bundles are recommended for units made with 8″-20″, 4 bundles are recommended for units made with 22″ and longer.

Can I return or exchange units?

Due to each unit’s customization and the nature of other products sold, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided. Exchanges are not allowed unless your item arrived damaged or there was an error on our behalf. Upon requesting an exchange, the client must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Further action will be taken once the claim is received.

How will the unit fit securely on my head?

All units are made to fit each individual client by using the measurements they provide. Upon request, an elastic band can be sewn inside of closure and frontal units for extra security. U-part units are made with combs sewn on the inside of the unit. Units can also be sewn down, if preferred by client.

Do you provide coloring services?

Yes, coloring services can be provided. You may email us at lacedbylaun@gmail.com to request all coloring services.
