Wig Units

Custom Units: How To Send Hair

• When sending hair, the client must send hair to Laced by Laun’s PO Box address. Address can be found on the contact tab.
• I do not work with previously altered frontals, closures, or small cut wefts. The client may re-use wefts; re-used wefts must be intact, washed, conditioned, dried, and separated by length. NEW bundles are preferred.
• Once hair is received from the client, the wig making process will begin (12-14 business days, not including weekends or holidays).

Processing and Shipping

All Laced by Laun wig units have a 12-14 business days processing time. Processing time begins when order is paid.
Clients that would like to have their unit sent as a rush order may make a request via email. Email address can be found on the contact tab. A $50 fee will be added to the clients order and must be paid prior to wig being shipped.

Pricing Includes:

• Construction of unit with bundles and closure or frontal

Wig lengths 8”-20” require 3 bundles.
Wig lengths 22”-30” require 4 bundles.

• Stretchable, breathable cap (SM-1, MED-2, LG-3)
• Bleached Knots
• Frontal/ Closure Customization
• Set Parting if desired *Leave a note at checkout with styling option and parting option (middle or left/right side part)
• Elastic Band
• Shipping and Fees are included

Laced by Laun units are not styled prior to being shipped.

Coloring

Coloring services are an additional $60 and can be made upon request via email: lacedbylaun@gmail.com. Coloring services cannot be provided for clients that provide their own hair.

Returns and exchanges

Due to each unit’s customization for an individual client and the nature of other products sold, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided. Exchanges are not allowed unless your item arrived damaged or there was an error on our behalf. Upon requesting an exchange, the client must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Further action will be taken once the claim is received.
